I request a refund of the amount paid or, alternatively, a voucher for my stay, as my experience with the accommodation was unfortunately very disappointing.
First, I had to pay an additional €50 for two days due to the parking situation. The room was extremely spartan – there were only four beds, but no toiletries such as shampoo. I also found hair on the pillowcases, which I found unhygienic and unpleasant. Towels were not provided, and they charged €7 for renting a single towel, which I find unreasonable.
Due to these unacceptable circumstances, I request a full refund of the amount I paid. If this is not forthcoming, I will be forced to publicly share my negative experience with your booking platform, especially on social media.
